Privacy policy

Les Chalets Bookmark inc. only collects the personal information necessary to complete a stay in one of their chalets. This information includes in particular the name, telephone number, civic address, email address, identity and payment information of the person responsible for the rental (the tenant). This information is kept electronically, and is destroyed when all stages of the stay are completed.

Personal information collected by Les Chalets Bookmark inc. are processed in accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. This law establishes the principles to be respected during the collection, use, communication with or without consent, retention and destruction of personal information, while implementing appropriate security measures based on the nature and quantity of the information.
